LIABILITY WAIVER & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By purchasing or using any content or mentorship services provided by Yoga Redefined, you

agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that yoga and related physical activities involve

inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury. You voluntarily assume full

responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages.

2. Medical Disclaimer: The content provided is not a substitute for professional medical

advice. Consult your doctor before beginning any new fitness regimen.

3. Waiver and Release: You waive any and all claims, including those of negligence,

against Yoga Redefined, its owners, instructors, or affiliates.

4. Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoga Redefined from any

liability or claims arising from your use of the services or materials provided.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5. Use of Materials: All content provided by Yoga Redefined, including but not

limited to prewritten yoga classes, mentorship resources, and downloadable materials, is

protected by copyright. By purchasing, you are granted a non-transferable license to use

the materials in your own teaching and classes, whether online or in person. However,

you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials in their original form,

either for free or for profit. This includes uploading class plans, recordings, or documents

to public platforms, course marketplaces, or other distribution channels.

5. Mentorship Services: Coaching is for educational purposes and does not guarantee

specific outcomes. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

6. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-

refundable. Once a purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to

downloadable content, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Exceptions: In the case of an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact us within 1

day of purchase. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, offer a full refund

for the duplicate order.

7. Limitation of Liability: Yoga Redefined shall not be liable for any direct or indirect

damages resulting from the use or misuse of its content.

8. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with

the laws of Maine, USA.
