With more than 20 years experience teaching, I combine the principles of yoga with an understanding of strength, balance, mobility and functional movement to help clients feel successful at every stage of their journey
I’ve helped people discover that yoga can be accessible, empowering, and adaptable.
I believe movement should be available to every body, regardless of age, diagnosis, flexibility, or experience level.
