YR Yoga, Dance & KATS

We bring classes to your learning center, recreation department and school!  

At your school, bring your children YOGA classes where we challenge their balance and focus their attention, not to mention stretch and strengthen their bodies then imagine their way into relaxation time at the end of class.

Or choose our KATS(sm) (Kids Activity Training Sessions) using obstacle courses with foam balance beams, light tumbling, foam hurtles, balance exercises, tunnels and much more we teach your children how much fun well rounded exercise can be!

Or choose our CREATIVE MOVEMENT classes, with dance, singing, and instruments play and fun props for a great time!

Or choose our regular DANCE classes teaching them some choreography and more technical dance with the goal of a recital in mind.  

Our FIT FEET program uses all the elements of all three classes, dance, yoga and KATS. Each week is a different class to keep our classes fun!

In all of our classes your children will gain flexibility strength and balance through fun and creative age appropriate yoga, dance and games! Classes are designed specifically for your school's needs based on age and goals for the school.
