Yoga Class 2 is a 60 minute class inclusive of a 16 minute Centering/warm up and an 8 minute Savasana. In the body of the class your sequences are offered with the allotted time identified for you. The cueing is also next to each pose for your convenience. The entire class's sequence of poses allows for each area of the body to be properly warmed up as you progress so you will easily slide into each subsequent pose. To the contrary, the body will have had a proper "workout" so Savasana will feel lovely at the end of the class.

In this class specifically, a portion is dedicated to abdominal work. The standing flow boasts a challenging transition to Warrior III testing your strength and balance! There is also the option of speeding up the standing work and simply repeating the vinyasa for a more Ashtanga style, just be sure to stick to the timing allowed. This is a well rounded, full body, great class!

This Class 2 includes the Body Scan Meditation.
