Yoga Class 1 is a 60 minute class inclusive of a 16 minute Centering/warm up and an 8 minute Savasana. In the body of the class your sequences are offered with the allotted time identified for you. The cueing is also next to each pose for your convenience. The entire class's sequence of poses allows for each area of the body to be properly warmed up as you progress so you will easily slide into each subsequent pose. To the contrary, the body will have had a proper "workout" so Savasana will feel lovely at the end of the class.
This Class 1 includes a mediation A Walk In The Park.
